Welcome to your new SAVOA Website. We hope that this will be a great resource for SAVOA Members to find (almost) anything needed to be awesome. This is YOUR website. A place for meeting, sharing, and expressing through in a private member's only area; share stories, experiences, tough calls, and situations where you were challenged as an official; pass along praise and compliments; connect with other members. A place to learn, grow, and sharpen your skills as a referee.
What do you want to see? What can we change? What do you want to read about? Do you have ideas for a blog post? Have an article of your own to share? Send it our way; we want to share it with the membership.
You will also be able to find news and updates from the Chapter as well as across TASO, UIL, and NFHS with a little bit of USAV and PAVO/NCAA sprinkled in. It's a place to find and share vital information from a variety of sources like rules changes, uniform requirements, equipment ideas, health and wellness, retention, and more!
All members are encourage to sign in to the website and update your information in your member profile. PoE: your member profile is different than the "member roster" section. The member roster page is a read-only collection of the membership and designed to be a place for you to quickly look up an official's contact information and photograph. Please help keep your information accurate and up to date.
Add some things about yourself, too. This will help you to get to know who you are working with and for your teammates to get to know you a little better. Remember, these are the referees you will be working alongside and making the tough calls with. It’s a bond like no other, so why not get to know your team by sharing something about yourself?
